Indigenous Arts and Cultural Centres 

Far North Queensland has a developing network of Indigenous Arts and Cultural Centres. These centres operate in Indigenous communities and are not-for-profit organisations with all-Indigenous Boards, or are otherwise run by the Community Councils.

Communities in which arts and/or cultural centres are operating or being developed include:

Western Cape York- Western Cape Indigenous Arts Hub (Weipa)
New Mapoon - New Mapoon Arts Centre
TSI- Thursday Island - Gab Titui Cultural Centre (Hub)
TSI- Moa Island - Mualgul Minnaral Art Centre/ Kubin Community Council
